Muhammad ?Mo? Khan is President and Founder of Khan Builders. He grew up in construction while visiting his dad?s masonry block factory and construction job sites in his childhood. He worked at several different construction companies in South Florida while attending High School. He began his official career in 2008 as an estimator/assistant project manager where he gained depth of cost estimation and project management skills. His overall responsibilities are new project acquisitions, client relationships, estimation, project management, business development, sales and marketing.

Mo built his successful career by gaining experience in a diverse portfolio of construction projects. This portfolio includes retail, healthcare facilities, higher education, island construction, residential multi-family units, self-storage and parking garage. Some of his hallmark projects include Port Everglades Terminal 25, Baptist Hospital Helipad, Sheridan Self-Storage, Memorial Hospital West Parking Garage, Broward College Building #9 and #17, and 16000 Pines Market.

Mo is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor and a qualifier for the Khan Builders. He earned a Master of Science in Construction Management as well as Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Florida International University (FIU). He holds Building and Industrial Maintenance and Cleaning Certificate, ISO 14000 Certificate, OHSAS 18001 Certificate, and OSHA 30-Hour Certificate. He is an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and Association of General Contractors (AGC).
