» Installation of fire extinguishers
» Installation of new doors for each offices and a copier room
» Installation of new acoustical tile grid system and install new 2 x 4 ceiling tiles
» New mechanical work for each room from existing mechanical
» New electrical work for each room
» New data and low voltage conduits for each room
» New lights installation for each room and corridors
