» Relocation of existing laundry and water heater to outside in the patio
» New ADA compliance bathroom
» Removal of an existing garage door and built a new CMU wall with concrete beam and columns
» Installation of two (2) new impact windows
» Installation of a new Mini-Split AC system
» All painting and tiling work
» All associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing work
